IPS Duct Panels

Aaztec’s IPS duct panels can be manufactured in a variety of our panel materials to complement and enhance any washroom.

These panels provide space for Concealed cisterns, thermostatic valves or general pipework maintaining a designed appearance whilst providing protection against vandalism or injury against hot pipework.

Duct panels not only conceal all of the pipework and services, they also provide a clean and attractive finish to the walls. They can be used to complement or contrast with other fittings and wall boarding can also be supplied to match, creating a seamless, coordinated finish around the room.

Low-height ducts are commonly installed between cubicle partitions and feature a flat or sloping lid. The typical frame height measures 1200mm FFL (Finished Floor Level). The assembly consists of three fascia panels and a choice between a flat or sloping lid.

With cubicle height ducts, the frame matches the height of the cubicle partitions, typically set at a standard height of 2000mm FFL (Finished Floor Level). As with the Low-height ducts, this arrangement typically includes a flat or sloping lid.
Our most common duct design, the Standard height duct is installed from floor to ceiling and and is suitable for common ceiling heights up to a maximum of 2600mm FFL.
An additional fascia panel is factored into the Extended height duct set design. The top panel is generally fixed with the panel below usually on lift-off clips with a 30mm horizontal flash gap between the two panels.
IPS Duct Types

IPS Duct panels to suit all
sanitaryware options

Our IPS duct sets are installed to conceal pipework behind
decorative panels while ensuring easy access for maintenance and repairs. The
size of the fixed and removable panels is determined by the specific
sanitaryware being installed, including commonly used fixtures such as
back-to-wall and wall-hung toilet pans, urinals, wash-hand basins, and showers.

In addition to standard applications, we can design and
manufacture bespoke ducting solutions for specialised medical settings and
secure establishments like prisons, care homes, and mental health facilities.

For most applications, Solid Grade Laminate (SGL), also
known as Compact Grade Laminate, is the optimal choice due to its waterproof
and anti-microbial properties, as well as its exceptional durability.
