Mental Health Awareness Week 2023

We’re proud to be supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 2023.

This year’s theme is anxiety, which is a common feeling for many people. In aid of this, the team took part in a breathing exercises class with the amazing Arleen. We learnt all about the benefits of breath control to relieve many physiological symptoms and how it can help with the effects and feelings of anxiety. A really informative session full of helpful tips that we hope the team found useful!
