This year’s theme is anxiety, which is a common feeling for many people. In aid of this, the team took part in a breathing exercises class with the amazing Arleen. We learnt all about the benefits of breath control to relieve many physiological symptoms and how it can help with the effects and feelings of anxiety. The team swapped washrooms for the classroom last week and had a fantastic day with James from Flameout. We did some fire extinguisher training and learnt all about fire safety in the workplace. Very important and invaluable training, which James made fun and interactive at the same time! Thank you for teaching us!
