Meet the second new arrival this year…

Shiny new CNC for Aaztec HQ

Our new Homag CNC has finally arrived all the way from Calw, Germany, and just in time for our Autumn/Winter Holiday Park and Commercial orders. After the arrival of our new saw before Summer, we have waited a few months for her so it was great to see her finally arrive! It was a fascinating process to watch it be delivered, unloaded and installed – it took some serious skill and equipment but she’s settled in her new home!

We are very excited about the new addition to the factory, although it was bittersweet waving goodbye to our older model who we’ve had for 20 years (since May 2004!). It’s exciting to expand our range of cutting-edge technology/machinery, especially as this will allow us to work with larger sized panels resulting in better board optimisation, increased efficiency and less waste.

What shall we name her?!
