Mental Health Awareness Week 2022
It’s Mental Health Awareness Week – let’s spread awareness and do all we can to support others, especially those who are feeling alone or struggling.
It’s so important to make time to focus on your wellbeing. We now have a dedicated wellness room for our staff to discuss any concerns they’re having, or just to take a few minutes out of their day to be in a calm and quiet environment.
There’s lots of information on managing stress, relaxation techniques and even some Pukka herbal teas to enjoy.
We hope this is a positive change and a nice reminder to people that it’s ok to look after and prioritise their mental health and wellbeing.
